I been dealing with Tennis elbow this year from playing sports, the packs it comes with are 5 X10 measurements and my advice is I would pick up an additional 1 or two sets and maybe dedicate a set for heat, and/or have one extra for icing oh hand while the other set is refreezing. The sleeve has 3 slots for packs and applies even coverage. i have also used this for and calf muscle applications. Great to have on hand for Sports Recovery after a day of throwing or nursing injuries.
